Wreck of interest in Northern California(INTEREST)

Berkeley - Visitor a botanical garden in Northern California made amazed by the existence of a unique flower that often grows in Sumatra, especially if no interest is wreck. It turns out that common interest of living in this tropical region, apparently can not live in the land of four seasons.
This rare flower blooms for the first time in the country four this season, Tuesday, June 29th then. Suddenly this admiration Californians who visit the botanical gardens at the University of California.
As reported by Yahoo News, Saturday (07/03/2010), flower origin Sumatra 15 years old there are only a few hundred just in the world. Most flowers are located in the botanical gardens, such as at the University of California, Berkeley Botanical Garden which has approximately a dozen plants.
This unique flower has a heart-shaped petals nearly one meter wide with a height of approximately 1.2 meters stamens. Not only that, the flower with the Latin name Amorphophallus titanium smell was spreading, like a lot of carrion flower found in Indonesia. Because it smells, flies rely even this interest to the process.

Lock of Napoleon's hair auctioned Rp118 million

Auckland - a lock of hair from Napoleon Bonaparte to be cut after he died worth Rp118 million have been sold at auction in New Zealand.
 
Hair Collection is a collection that was brought to New Zealand in 1864 by Denzil Ibbetson, the British Commissioner who is also an artist.
 
Ibbetson served in St. Helena during Napoleon's six years in exile on the island after the defeat in the Battle of Waterloo.
 
Owned collection comprises 40 kinds of goods, including sketches made by Ibbetson Napoleon when he died in bed at the age of 51 years, the sketch was sold to descendants of Ibbetson.
 
"Collections are held still in a state that is still good and the family asked to conserve these objects all the time, the age of 200 years," said Director Manager Hamis Coney Auction House, as reported by Reuters on Thursday (07/01/2010).
 
According to the auction house, the hair is sold by an anonymous buyer.
 
Coney said that, other than an interest that came from New Zealand, there is also a collector from Hong Kong, the United States, Lithuania, and France.
