Luke Angel (17), expressing its views of the American president, after watching Obama's statement September 11 attacks in New York, through television programs.
Bedfordshire Police said they had mengubungi teenager after getting information from the metropolitan police.
Officers also visited Angel at his home in Silsoe, Bedfordshire, England. Angel was admitted had sent the email, but forgot what he said that the contents of the email.
Police spokesman said no further action taken by the police after learning that he was just playing around.
However, he informed that he would not be able to go to America.

"I'm not sure what I write, because I was drunk. The police come here and take my picture, they say that I can not go to America forever," the teenager said.
