"Gay Dogs" Denied Entrance Restaurants

SYDNEY - An Australian restaurant in fines amounting to USD1.400 or approximately Rp12 million and a written apology for having banned a gay dog to enter the restaurant.Ian Jolly, the owner is a blind dog who has a guide dog. When he would go into a restaurant is prohibited to enter his dog into the restaurant.
 
The restaurant owner said there were misunderstandings that occur between Jolly female partner and a waiter, he said he wanted to bring a dog into a restaurant gay.
 
"The waiter convinced that these dogs are usually dogs that made gay sexual orientation," said restaurant owner as reported by AFP on Monday (4/26/2010).
 
Officers also prohibits dog restaurant to go to a Thai restaurant located in Adelaid Space.
 
The court also dropped, the punishment to the restaurant to pay a fine of Rp12 million and an apology in writing.
 
Jolly himself was pleased with the court's decision. "I just want to be like most other people and could go to dinner, and enjoy a meal without interruption," he said.
