Super hero says he will stand in Parliament

Captain Beany, super heroes and bulging yellow, hoping to qualify for parliamentary seats in England, ahead of upcoming elections.

Eccentric British man who was wearing thick glasses and an x-ray. He also said that currently the voters were tired of the politicians. They need a superhero to handle.

Beany, born with the name Barry Kirk, who is now 55 years old is a former computer operator.

"The wind of change has come, I can feel it," he said as reported by AFP on Friday (04/30/2010).

Proposing policies that he called beanyfesto including such use of tattoos with multilingual England and Wales, street patching holes with chewing gum, and also drew the face of corrupt officials using toilet paper.

But he also has a policy that is serious enough, such as applying income tax rate 25 percent flat, a referendum on the war for Afghanistan, class size is limited to 20, and develop nuclear energy.
